Payment Obligation and Credit Card Authorization. The Subscriber is responsible for paying periodic subscription fees as agreed at the time of registration. All listed fees are in Indian Rupees. It may have facility for overseas transactions subject to rules set by the Reserve Bank of India. Subscriber is responsible for the payment and payment method and BrowSAP Solutions Pvt. Ltd (opc) is not responsible for any sort of unauthorized use of this mobile account.

Payment Obligation and Credit Card Authorization. You are responsible for paying any and all charges relating to your Premium Service account, including without limitation, periodic subscription fees (the initial fee and automatic renewals). You grant IGN permission to charge your credit card (or other approved facility) to pay for all such charges. The subscription fee will be billed at the beginning of your subscription and on each annual, quarterly or monthly renewal thereafter, dependant on the original subscription term selected at registration, unless you cancel at least 10 days prior to the renewal date pursuant to the process set forth below.
Payment Obligation and Credit Card Authorization. The Subscriber is responsible for paying periodic subscription fees, and hereby authorizes AnyHealth Insurance Services, Inc. to charge the subscriber's credit card, debit card, or bank account, to pay for the ongoing cost of subscriptions/membership fees via automatic debit. Subscription plans, offerings and length of terms offered may vary. Unless specifically stated, subscribers will be automatically renewed for a term equal to the original term upon expiration of the then-current term, and continually thereafter, unless the Subscriber terminates the subscription by phone, fax, or email at least 48 hours prior to the renewal date.  When termination is requested by a Subscriber, there will be a Two Month worth of penalty charge if Subscriber signed up for annual contract.  Subscriber may not assign or transfer his or her subscription to any other person or entity.  Should Subscriber request a refund which is denied for a valid reason under these Terms of Service, and should Subscriber subsequently file a claim against AnyHealth Insurance Services, Inc., AnyHealth Insurance Services, Inc. shall be entitled to collect from Subscriber all costs (including attorney’s fees) associated with defending such a claim. Trial Memberships  Subscribers that sign up for trial membership will be automatically renewed at the normal subscription rate at the end of the trial period, unless the Subscriber cancels at least 48 hours before the end of the trial  Only one trial period is allowed per subscriber. Subsequent subscriptions do not qualify for trial memberships.  By subscribing, you agree that you will be responsible for all payments as specified in the offer, and you agree that AnyHealth Insurance Services, Inc . may adjust the pricing of such plans, as specified in the offer, promotional materials or coupon, without notice or other communication to you.  Setup fee is not refundable.   • Obligations of Customer Axway’s indemnification obligation is contingent upon the Customer: (a) giving immediate written notice to Axway of any such Infringement Claim; (b) giving Axway control of the defense and related settlement negotiations, provided , however that Axway will obtain the Customer’s prior written consent, which shall not be unreasonably withheld or delayed, if any settlement of such an Infringement Claim requires Customer to admit liability, take or refrain from taking any particular action other than cessation of use of the infringing Services, Product, or Deliverable , and (c) assisting in the defense at Axway’s reasonable request, provided Axway agrees to pay Customer’s reasonable expenses in connection therewith. The Customer may participate in such defense and in any settlement discussions directly or through counsel of the Cus tomer’s choice, at the Customer’s expense, provided such participation does not materially prejudice Axway’s sole control of the defense or cause Axway to incur material additional costs in the conduct of such defense .

  • Credit Card Payments If You pay for the APEX Service using a credit card (to the extent available), then: (a) You authorize Dell to periodically charge Your credit card for the APEX Service fees; (b) You will be subject to any additional terms presented to You by the third-party credit card payment processor (which will be the merchant of record for that transaction); and (c) You are responsible for keeping Your credit card information up to date. You agree that Dell may request that Your credit card payment issuer pre-authorize and hold an amount equal to the next recurring fee (or an estimate if the fee is variable) for the APEX Service in advance of its due date.

  • Merchant Obligations (1) Merchant shall provide a valid, working administrative email address on enrolment. Any changes to Merchant’s account must be made via the administrative email address provided upon enrolment. The security of Merchant’s account is dependent in part upon Merchant maintaining the security of such administrative email address. Merchant shall be fully and solely responsible for any unauthorized changes to Merchant’s account via this email address. (2) Merchant will be given an ID code and password to allow Merchant to have access to Gateway Services. Merchant shall be fully and solely responsible for the establishment and maintenance of procedures to insure the control and confidentiality of identification codes and passwords and other access procedures (“Codes”). FAILURE TO PROTECT THE CODES MAY ALLOW UNAUTHORIZED PARTIES TO ACCESS THE GATEWAY SERVICES. Merchant is required to put in place internal procedures to limit such risk, including, but not limited to (a) changing the password at least once every 120 calendar days; (b) keeping every identification code under secure conditions; and (c) not keeping, in any form or in any place, any list of passwords. Merchant agrees to comply with any access or identification procedures and security protocols established from time to time by ISO, and if Merchant believes that any Code or security procedures has or may have become known by an unauthorized person (whether employed by Merchant or not), Merchant shall immediately notify ISO by telephone and confirm to ISO in writing such oral notification within 24 hours.

  • PROCUREMENT OBLIGATIONS Notwithstanding any other provisions of this Part B, where in this Part B the Customer accepts an obligation to procure that a Former Supplier does or does not do something, such obligation shall be limited so that it extends only to the extent that the Customer's contract with the Former Supplier contains a contractual right in that regard which the Customer may enforce, or otherwise so that it requires only that the Customer must use reasonable endeavours to procure that the Former Supplier does or does not act accordingly.

  • Payment by Credit Card Upon Customer’s written request and Comcast’s acceptance of such request, Comcast will accept certain credit card payments for charges generated under the Agreement. By providing Comcast with a credit card number, Customer authorizes Comcast to charge the card for all charges generated under this Agreement, until (i) this Agreement is terminated or (ii) Customer provides sixty (60) days prior notice that Comcast stop charging the credit card. Customer agrees to provide Comcast with updated credit card or alternate payment information on a timely basis prior to the expiration or termination of the credit card on file or in the event that Customer’s credit card limit is or will be insufficient to cover payment. If Comcast is unable to charge Xxxxxxxx's credit card for any reason, Customer agrees to pay all amounts due, including any late payment charges or bank charges, upon demand by Comcast.
