Substitute Cook. Employees who are designated by management to work in the substitute cook classification shall be paid at the applicable entry rate for the "cook" position for all hours actually worked in that class but will remain in his/her normal class at all other times (i.e., dietary aide). Nothing in this agreement provides for minimum xxxxxxx or requires the Employer to designate a cook on any particular shift.
