Substitute Salary Schedule. 1. The rate of pay for daily casual substitutes shall be found in Article 7N(2) “Rates of Pay.” 2. Long-Term Substitutes a. Appropriate teacher licensure or comparable professional experience for the long-term assignment. b. Attendance at staff meetings and departmental or grade level meetings. c. Participation in Curriculum Night and Parent-Teacher Conferences. d. Planning and implementing instruction in accordance with the Board of Education requirements and state standards.
