SUBSTITUTION OF GUEST ROOMS. 3.1 If any of the Guest Rooms are not available for use by the User Group, Toronto 2015 shall use reasonable endeavours to substitute any such unavailable rooms with the same number of rooms of a reasonably equivalent standard (whether located at the same Hotel or at a different hotel located as close as reasonably possible to the original Hotel) and the User Group will cooperate with Toronto 2015 to facilitate such substitution.

  • Private Aircraft Mileage When an employee is authorized by his/her department, reimbursement for the use of the employee’s privately owned aircraft on State business shall be made at the rate of 50 cents per statute mile.
