Subteams. From time to time, the Development Oversight Committee may appoint such working groups or sub-teams as it may deem appropriate to establish to resolve specific issues. Any such working groups or sub-team shall be constituted and shall have such responsibilities as the Development Oversight Committee shall deem appropriate.

Subteams. From time to time, the Joint Commercialization Committee may appoint such working groups or subteams as it may deem appropriate to establish. Any such working groups or subteams shall have such responsibility and be structured and operated in such manner as the Joint Commercialization Committee deems appropriate.
Subteams. 3.4.1 The JDC or JCC may, as they deem necessary or as directed by the JSC, establish various subteams on a per Licensed Product or per multiple Licensed Product basis in accordance with clause 3.5, to oversee particular projects or activities under this Agreement (each, a “Subteam”), including those Subteams described below in this clause 3.4 and others such as a clinical strategy Subteam, commercial Subteam or market access Subteam. Each Subteam shall be constituted and shall operate as the Committees determine. For the avoidance of doubt, the members of each Subteam may be members of more than one Subteam in respect of different Licensed Products. In conducting their activities, the Subteams shall operate and make their decisions consistent with the terms of this Agreement and the Law. The JDC or JCC may, as they deem necessary or as directed by the JSC, dissolve any Subteam which is no longer necessary or useful. For the avoidance of doubt, references to any specific Subteam in this Agreement shall be construed as referring to such applicable Subteam for the applicable Licensed Product.
Subteams. From time to time, the Coordinating Committee may establish subteams to oversee particular projects or activities, and such subteams will be constituted as the Coordinating Committee approves (each, a “Subteam”). If any Subteam is unable to reach a decision on any matter after endeavoring in good faith to do so, such matter shall be referred to the Coordinating Committee for resolution as provided in Section 7.6.

  • Teams One team for the purposes of the Event shall consist of one Vehicle. Each Vehicle can contain a maximum of three Team Members, provided such Team Members have entered into a Team Entry Agreement with the Company or have otherwise agreed in writing to participate in the Event upon and subject to the Terms of Entry and the Event Rules. For the avoidance of doubt, it is the sole responsibility of each Team to inform themselves of the maximum numbers of persons legally permitted to travel in the Vehicle under Relevant Law. The Company shall provide each Team with the contact details of the Approved Hirer who will be able to provide each Team with a Vehicle for use in the Event, subject to the Team entering into an agreement (the "Borrowing Agreement") with the Hirer outlining the terms of use of the Vehicle. Should the Vehicle not be delivered to the Designated Finish Point by 14:00 local time on 19th September 2021, then the team will be liable for the "Hire Costs" outlined below. Each Vehicle will be of a similar specification to that outlined in Schedule 4 to the Team Entry Agreement. For the avoidance of doubt, the Company shall make no representations or warranties as to the suitability of the Approved Hirer or of the Vehicle for participation in the Event and any rights or warranties which a Team may have or be granted in relation to the Vehicle shall be limited to those contained in the Rental Agreement or implied by any Relevant Law.
