Summary of Requested Services. DEO seeks a Contractor to provide the IAM Solution that allows for service capabilities, including but not limited to, single sign-on, role-based permissions, and alerting of account changes. Contractor shall also develop IAM policies and procedures and updates to these policies and procedures as necessary. Contractor shall install, configure, test, and provide integration and support services for the IAM Solution. Integration and support services include, but are not limited to, providing technical expertise to enable and confirm interoperability of the IAM Solution as part of the System’s current and future infrastructure for modernization, as well as the analysis, oversight, monitoring, testing, and assuming the responsibilities of the successful integration of the IAM Solution with the Modernization Projects identified in Table 1. Integration and support services also include assisting DEO, stakeholders, and vendors identified by DEO in connecting and communicating with the IAM Solution. At a minimum, the IAM Solution must:

Summary of Requested Services. DEO is in need of a Contractor to provide communications services that will directly support the Incremental CX/UX Mobile‐Responsive Transformation project, which is part of the overarching Reemployment Assistance Modernization Program. Communications services will result in modernized Reemployment Assistance program and System communications and informational materials (hereinafter referred to as “the Modernized Communications Project”) that will be used by Reemployment Assistance claimants, DEO staff, employers and TPAs, and DEO stakeholders. Communications services include analyzing, updating, drafting, and optimizing the System’s screen content, determination letter content, notices, and any other materials identified by DEO to create intuitive, customer‐centric content, as well as a process map for the System’s content navigation. Communications services also includes the development of informational materials that will xxxxxx usability of the System and other external communications materials that will promote the modernized System which will become available in June 2023. Informational and external communications materials include, but are not limited to, content available online at xxx.xxxxxxxxxxx.xxx, handbooks, user guides, Frequently Asked Questions (FAQs), one‐pagers, videos, press releases, and social media content.

In its reasonable discretion, ICANN may require an amendment to this Agreement reflecting the provision of any Additional Service which is approved pursuant to the RSEP, which amendment shall be in a form reasonably acceptable to the parties.

  • Bundled Services If Cable Services subject to the Franchise Fee required under this Section 6 are provided to Subscribers in conjunction with Non-Cable Services, the Franchise Fee shall be applied only to the value of the Cable Services, as reflected on the books and records of Franchisee in accordance with FCC or state public utility regulatory commission rules, regulations, standards or orders.

  • Proposing Integration Activities in the Planning Submission No integration activity described in section 6.3 may be proposed in a CAPS unless the LHIN has consented, in writing, to its inclusion pursuant to the process set out in section 6.3(b).

  • CONTRACT SALES ACTIVITY REPORT Each calendar quarter, Vendor must provide a contract sales activity report (Report) to the Sourcewell Contract Administrator assigned to this Contract. A Report must be provided regardless of the number or amount of sales during that quarter (i.e., if there are no sales, Vendor must submit a report indicating no sales were made). The Report must contain the following fields: • Customer Name (e.g., City of Staples Highway Department); • Customer Physical Street Address; • Customer City; • Customer State/Province; • Customer Zip Code; • Customer Contact Name; • Customer Contact Email Address; • Customer Contact Telephone Number; • Sourcewell Assigned Entity/Participating Entity Number; • Item Purchased Description; • Item Purchased Price; • Sourcewell Administrative Fee Applied; and • Date Purchase was invoiced/sale was recognized as revenue by Vendor.
