Informational Materials has the meaning assigned to that term in Section 6.03.

Informational Materials are materials (other than policies and procedures) designed with the purpose of informing the public about relevant policies, procedures, reporting pathways, resources, and prevention strategies. These materials may include, but are not limited to, websites, brochures, handouts, posters, and flyers.

• Licensee shall submit all reports outlined in this Section to S&P in the same manner as Informational Materials as described in Section 6 of the Agreement and Section 10 hereof.
