Summer Postings. A notice of all vacancies and/or newly created positions which become available during the months of June, July and August shall be sent to the Union President and to those employees who have placed on file with the designated administrator a written request to be notified. It shall be the responsibility of the employee to file with the administration the address at which he/she may be reached during the summer months. Employees interested in the vacancy and/or newly created position must notify the designated administrator within five (5) days of the date the notice was posted.
