Common use of Summer Vacation Clause in Contracts

Summer Vacation. (a) Every effort shall be made to grant vacation in one continuous period. If the Employee wishes, at least two (2) weeks shall be given during the summer vacation period (June 15th - September 15th). Where at least two (2) consecutive weeks are granted, two (2) regularly scheduled days off shall be given immediately preceding or following the vacation unless otherwise agreed.
