Summer Vacation. (a) The vacation year for calculation and scheduling purposes, the plant shutdown, and vacation entitlement shall be as per Article 17.01 of the Agreement. Management of the Oshawa plant will advise their employees by April 30th of the plant summer vacation shutdown.
