Common use of Super Stats Clause in Contracts

Super Stats. Employees who are required to work on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day shall be paid at the rate of two and one-half (2.5) times for the first regular scheduled hours worked and shall receive another day off with pay as a paid holiday. Where part of the scheduled shift worked is on the named day, the rate of two and one-half (2.5) times shall be paid for those hours worked on the paid holiday.

Super Stats. Employees Regular employees who are required to work on Christmas Day and or New Year’s Years Day shall will be paid at the rate of two double time (2x). In addition, regular full-time and oneregular part-half time employees that work an average of thirty (2.530) times for the first regular scheduled or more hours worked and shall per week on a continuous basis will receive another a substitute day off with pay as a paid holiday. Where part of the scheduled shift worked is on the named day, the at their regular rate of two and one-half (2.5) times shall be paid for those pay equivalent to the number of hours the employee would have worked on the paid had there been no statutory holiday.
