SUPERANNUATED EMPLOYEES. Any Employee whose earning capacity is limited because of advanced age or other handicaps that may interfere with his activities as a Journeyman Meat Cutter may be employed on suitable work at a wage agreed upon by the Employee, the Employer and the Union.
