Superintendent of Schools. If the aggrieved party is not satisfied with the disposition of its grievance at Step 1, the aggrieved party must file a written grievance with the Superintendent within seven (7) school days of the receipt of the principal’s answer. The Superintendent or his designee will meet with the aggrieved party, his principal or immediate supervisor, or both, in an effort to resolve the grievance.
