Common use of Superintendent’s Discretionary Leave Clause in Contracts

Superintendent’s Discretionary Leave. Any circumstance that arises necessitating the absence of an employee not specifically included in any of the sections above may be granted as discretionary leave. Such leave must be approved in advance by the superintendent or his/her authorized representative.
