Supervision of Field Experience. In Education and Music, the supervision of the field experience of one (1) student, for each week of that student’s placement, equals 0.08 of one (1) credit hour per week if the supervision is conducted by Xxxxxxx-based Members and requires traveling beyond 100 kms from their normal place of employment to observe students in the field, and 0.04 of one (1) credit hour for all other instances if the supervision is assigned by the Office of Field Experience to which the Member is responsible. In the PENT program, the supervision of the field experience of one (1) student, for each week that the student is evaluated by the field experience supervisor plus one additional week to complete other substantive work, equals 0.08 of one (1) credit hour per week, if the supervision requires traveling beyond 100 kms to observe students in the field, and 0.04 of one (1) credit hour for all other instances if the supervision is assigned by the Office of Field Experience to which the Member is responsible.

  • General Experience The Applicant shall meet the following minimum criteria: -

  • Supervision of Data DHCS PHI or PI in paper form shall not be left unattended at any time, unless it is locked in a file cabinet, file room, desk or office. Unattended means that information is not being observed by an employee authorized to access the information. DHCS PHI or PI in paper form shall not be left unattended at any time in vehicles or planes and shall not be checked in baggage on commercial airplanes.

  • Recognition of Service and Experience (a) From the time of commencement of employment an employee has three months in which to provide documentary evidence to the employer detailing any other relevant service or experience not disclosed at the time of commencement. This evidence, in the absence of other documentary evidence, may take the form of a statutory declaration.

  • Supervision The Recipient shall provide and maintain competent and adequate project management covering the supervision and inspection of the development and construction of the Project and bear the responsibility of ensuring that construction conforms to the approved surveys, plans, profiles, cross sections and specifications.

  • Supervision of Work The TSP shall provide all necessary superintendence for execution of the Project and its supervisory personnel shall be available to provide full-time superintendence for execution of the Project. The TSP shall provide skilled personnel who are experienced in their respective fields.

  • Supervision of Students At least one teacher is to remain with the students after the close of any activity, practice session or game until the last student has left the premises. This rule applies whether the group is at the home school or field or is away.

  • SUPERVISION DUTIES 1. No teacher shall be required to perform any supervision duties during the school’s regularly scheduled noon intermission or before school in the mornings.

  • Supervision of Student Teachers Paragraph 1: Supervision of a student teacher shall be voluntary. Teachers shall normally be notified of a student teacher assigned at least two (2) weeks prior to the student teacher’s introduction to the classroom. The school system shall provide the cooperating teacher with whatever materials it deems appropriate. The cooperating teacher shall be responsible for being knowledgeable of the contents of any such materials provided.

  • Supervision and Evaluation The Dutch educational institution and the internship employer will both appoint internship supervisors who will be responsible for supervising the intern. If problems arise, the two internship supervisors will contact each other. There will be an interim evaluation and a final evaluation. The parties will agree on what shape these evaluations will take. At the end of the internship, the Dutch educational institution will require a report from the intern. The requirements of the report will be known by the student before the internship begins. The internship employer will be presented with a copy of this report. The internship employer will present the intern with an evaluation of his/her internship.

  • Supervision of Contractor Personnel The Contractor must supply all necessary and sufficient supervision over the work that is being performed and will be held solely responsible for the conduct and performance of his employees or agents involved in work under the Agreement.
