Common use of Supervisory Premium Clause in Contracts

Supervisory Premium. An employee who is designated by the Employer to serve as a supervisor in the Front-end department receives a premium of fifty (50¢) cents per hour for each hour they perform this work Where applicable, this employee has priority for the work hours in the Service Department for the entire period as scheduled by their Manager during which they perform supervisory work, regardless of the seniority of the employees concerned.
