EXTRA-CURRICULAR ATHLETIC COACHES AND OTHER SUPPLEMENTS The Board and the Association agree that extra-curricular and coaching positions are not considered hours, wages, terms and conditions of employment of the classroom teacher as certified in the Bargaining Unit. The Board and the Association agree to include extra-curricular supplemental pay and seasonal schedules for pay purposes as a part of this Agreement. All other matters related to extra-curricular and athletic coaching duties are not considered a part of this Agreement and shall remain within the purview of the Board. Effective June 30, 2016 extra-curricular and seasonal supplements shall increase annually by a percentage equal to the overall percentage increase to teacher salaries.

  • Supplemental JBoss Software Conditions Software Access and Software Maintenance for Supplemental JBoss Software is intended and available for Development Purposes only and for up to 25 users for each 16 Core Band Subscription of Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software that you purchased. If you deploy or use the Supplemental JBoss Software for Production Purposes or for more than 25 users, you agree to purchase the appropriate Software Subscriptions for each Unit that you deploy or use. Red Hat’s Open Source Assurance Program applies only to the Red Hat JBoss Middleware Software Subscription that you purchased (such as Red Hat JBoss Enterprise Application Platform in the example above) and does not apply to Supplemental JBoss Software.   • Updates and Upgrades Contractor grants to the Department a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use upgrades and updates provided by Contractor during the term of the Contract. Such upgrades and updates are subject to the terms of the Contract. The Department shall download, distribute, and install all updates as released by Contractor during the length of the Contract, and Contractor strongly suggests that the Department also downloads, distributes, and installs all upgrades as released by Contractor during the length of the Contract. Contractor shall use commercially reasonable efforts to provide the Department with work-around solutions or patches to reported software problems that may affect the Department’s use of the software during the length of the Contract.

  • Use of Funds for Lobbying Prohibited The Provider shall comply with the provisions of sections 11.062 and 216.347, F.S., which prohibit the expenditure of contract funds for the purpose of lobbying the Legislature, judicial branch, or a State agency.

  • Development Schedule The Project shall substantially comply with the specific timetables and triggers for action set forth in Article 5 of this Agreement. The parties acknowledge that, as provided in G.S. 160A-400.25(b), the failure to meet a commencement or completion date shall not, in and of itself, constitute a material breach of this Agreement pursuant to G.S. 160A-400.27 but must be judged based upon the totality of the circumstances.
