In accordance with RCW 39.04.350(2), the County has adopted relevant supplemental criteria for determining whether the low responsive bidder has the necessary experience and qualifications to perform the Work on this Project. The Bidder may be rejected as not responsible if it fails to meet any of the supplemental responsibility requirements specified within the Responsibility Detail Form.
