Supplemental Compensation – Special Duty Assistant Chiefs. A. Work Schedule Special Duty Assistant Chiefs shall work a 4/10 work schedule. Employees may adjust their normal work schedule to perform routine duties when mutually agreed upon by the employee and the appropriate supervisor designated by the Fire Chief.
