A-E Compensation and Extra Work 1.5.1. For the PROJECTS/SERVICES authorized under this CONTRACT, A-E shall be compensated in accordance with the following:

Supplemental Employment Benefit for Maternity and Parental Leave 8.5.1 Effective April 1, 2002, when on maternity or parental leave, an employee will receive a supplemental payment added to Employment Insurance benefits as follows:
Contract Duration and Annual Salary 1. The College hereby employs the Administrator in the capacity of Director of Adult Educational Development, Assistant Professor for one year, commencing on July 1, 2023 and terminating on June 30, 2024. Synopsis and Benefit to Xxxxxxx County The Agreement continues the contractual relationship between the Oregon State Marine Board and Xxxxxxx County through its Sheriff’s Office. The Sheriff’s Office will be reimbursed for marine law enforcement patrols, boater education, and boat inspections conducted throughout Xxxxxxx County.
Workplace Safety Insurance Benefits (WSIB) Top Up Benefits If the employee is in a class of employees that, on August 31, 2012, was entitled to use unused sick leave credits for the purpose of topping up benefits received under the Workplace Safety and Insurance Act, 1997;
Pension Contributions While on Short Term Disability Contributions for OMERS Plan Members When an employee/plan member is on short-term sick leave and receiving less than 100% of regular salary, the Board will continue to deduct and remit OMERS contributions based on 100% of the employee/plan member’s regular pay.
Multi-Year Planning The CAPS will be in a form acceptable to the LHIN and may be required to incorporate (1) prudent multi-year financial forecasts; (2) plans for the achievement of performance targets; and (3) realistic risk management strategies. It will be aligned with the LHIN’s then current Integrated Health Service Plan and will reflect local LHIN priorities and initiatives. If the LHIN has provided multi-year planning targets for the HSP, the CAPS will reflect the planning targets.
