Supplemental Duties. A. RATES OF PAY Employee participation and extracurricular duties shall be compensated according to the rates of pay in the Supplemental Salary Schedule, Schedule C.
B. SCHOOL IMPROVEMENT Teachers developing curriculum, standards or analyzing data may be given time during the contract day to complete the task. If a teacher is required to work on curriculum development, standard development or data analysis outside of the contract day, compensation will be at twenty-five dollars ($25) per hour.
Supplemental Duties. The Resident shall also perform those supplemental duties typical of physicians within UVMHN-CVPH. The Resident acknowledges that such duties may include: i) participation on professional staff committees to which the Resident is assigned and attend such committee meetings as may be required for quality improvement as well as accreditation; and

Supplemental Duties. 1. The teachers recognize that their responsibilities to their students and their profession require the performance of duties that involve the expenditure of time beyond that of the regular working day. Among these responsibilities and duties are the following:
a. Attending faculty meetings. Faculty meetings will be scheduled by the building or program administrator. Upon request, the administrator will meet with one or more representatives of the Association and discuss the staff meeting schedule. The Association representative(s) may make suggestions and provide input regarding the staff meeting schedule.
Supplemental Duties. A. Service by members of the bargaining unit extending before or after such member's regular duty day and is not a part of the member's regular teaching duties shall be deemed supplemental duties and shall be set forth in a limited contract of one academic year. Notwithstanding Section 3319.11 of the Ohio Revised Code, such supplemental contract shall expire on the date stated thereon unless the Board, upon recommendation of the Superintendent, takes action to offer to said member a renewal of such supplemental contract.
B. A member of the bargaining unit offered a supplemental contract pursuant to this provision shall execute and return such contract to the Treasurer of the Board within fourteen (14) calendar days; failure to execute and timely return the contract as required herein shall constitute a rejection of such offer of employment.
C. The compensation for individuals who teach summer school shall be twenty dollars ($20.00) per hour.
D. Individuals who perform supplemental duties shall be compensated pursuant to the Supplemental Duty Salary Schedule which is attached hereto as Appendix C. The salaries for the positions listed on the schedule shall be calculated by using the Bachelor's Degree base salary (BA0) on the Teacher Salary Schedule.
Supplemental Duties. 1. The salary for the indicated extra-duty assignments shall be as indicated below. Where more than one (1) advisor serves a particular extra-duty assignment, the total amount shall be split equally by the total number of advisors for the extra-duty assignment; with the exception of the CTSO advisors where the number of advisors will be determined by a ratio based upon the number of students participating. A CTSO advisor required by the District to host a state or regional event shall receive an additional one percent (1%) on top of the individual stipend amount listed above. In the event the CTSO advisor does not want to handle the administrative duties related to state or regional event, then the advisor may seek the assistance of a fellow licensed staff member to perform such duties and the additional one percent (1%) of the individual stipend amount shall be split with the fellow licensed staff member agreeing to perform such services. A CTSO advisor required by the District to advise a student who is a state or national officer shall be paid an additional one percent (1%) for that year on top of the percentage indicated above. The faculty member advisor wishing to attend the activity shall request in writing by leave report form for Director and Superintendent approval at least ten (10) days prior to the date of such advisory activities. The advisory activity must be sponsored by the State or National organization to which the local group is affiliated. The request must be approved by the Director and Superintendent and recommended for Board approval. Board approval will be required if anticipated expenses exceed five hundred dollars ($500) or a visitation exceeding one way approximately two hundred (200) miles from the CTC site. Supplemental Duties. 1) Special Assignments: Regularly assigned duties requiring time after the regular teaching day will be compensated for according to the Supplemental Salary Schedule attached hereto this Agreement.
