SUPPLEMENTARY COVERAGES. It is agreed that any and all payments made for the following is included within, and shall not be in addition to, the Policy Limits as described in this Policy. The Company will provide for the defense of any action (Claim Expenses only) brought against an Insured by any licensing board, disciplinary board, peer review committee, or similar entity alleging professional misconduct or violation of the rules of professional conduct arising out of the Insured’s performance of professional services as described in the Declarations. The Company’s obligation to defend an Insured under the provision is subject to a sub-Limit of Liability in an aggregate amount of $25,000, but only for Claims Expenses as incurred by attorneys appointed by the Company. This sub-Limit of Liability is the maximum amount payable under this provision for the Policy Period, regardless of the number of disciplinary proceedings first commenced during the Policy Period or the number of Insureds subject to disciplinary proceedings. There will be no deductible for payments made under this provision, and any such payments are a part of, and not in addition to, the Company’s Limits of Liability as described in the Declarations. The Company will pay reasonable expenses incurred by the Insured at the Company’s request to assist in the investigation of the Claim or defense of the suit, including actual loss of earnings up to $500 a day for each Insured because of time off from work, subject to an aggregate amount of $5,000 for each individual Insured for each Claim, not to exceed an aggregate amount of $10,000 per Policy Period. There will be no deductible for payments made under this provision, and any such payments are a part of, and not in addition to, the Company’s Limits of Liability as described in the Declarations.

SUPPLEMENTARY COVERAGES. Coverage is provided only for those of the following Supplementary Coverages for which a limit of insurance is shown on the “Policy Declarations”. The limit of insurance shown for each Supplementary Coverage, except IV. 1. CLIENT OR CUSTOMER PROPERTY, is in addition to any other limit of insurance applicable to this form.
SUPPLEMENTARY COVERAGES. Any or all of the following Supplementary Coverages, as defined are considered additional coverages under this policy if so specified in the Policy Schedule. The Supplementary Coverages specified “included” in the Policy Schedule shall be deemed as additional coverages under this policy.
SUPPLEMENTARY COVERAGES. In addition to the insurance provided in II. INSURED PROPERTY, this form provides these supplementary coverages, subject to the insured perils, exclusions, terms and conditions set out in this form.
SUPPLEMENTARY COVERAGES. The following coverages are provided without extra premium and with no deductible when we insure your dwelling:

  • Primary Coverage Contractor’s insurance shall apply as primary and shall not seek contribution from any insurance or self-insurance maintained by, or provided to, the additional insureds listed above including, at a minimum, the State of Washington and/or any Purchaser. All insurance or self-insurance of the State of Washington and/or Purchasers shall be excess of any insurance provided by Contractor or subcontractors.

  • Supplementary Card a card which is issued by the Bank to the client and/or other person nominated by the client and which is linked to the existing card account of the client;

  • Supplementary labour (a) If the Employer wishes to engage supplementary labour to perform work performed by its Employees under this Agreement, the Employer must first consult in good faith with the affected Employees. (b) Following consultation and subject to this clause, the decision whether to engage supplementary labour is a decision of the Employer alone.   • Coverages This insurance applies to the Described Location, Coverages for which a Limit of Liability is shown and Perils Insured Against for which a Premium is stated. We cover:

  • Family Coverage The employee’s cost for family coverage will be nineteen and one-half percent (19.5%) of the family rate for the employee’s Base Medical Plan. If the employee chooses a plan other than the Base Medical Plan, the employee’s cost will be the standard employee’s family rate established for that plan (i.e. the rate applicable where it has not been modified to be a zone’s Base Medical Plan). The employer shall pay the rate over and above the employee’s cost for the Base Medical Plan.

  • Supplementary Vacation The supplementary vacations as set out below are to be banked on the outlined supplementary vacation employment anniversary date and taken at a mutually agreeable time subsequent to the current supplementary vacation employment anniversary date but prior to the next supplementary vacation employment anniversary date: (i) upon reaching the employment anniversary of twenty-five (25) years of continuous service, employees shall have earned an additional five (5) work days’ vacation with pay; (ii) upon reaching the employment anniversary of thirty (30) years of continuous service, employees shall have earned an additional five
