SUPPLIER DIVERSITY POLICY. Within 90 days after the Effective Date, the Company shall submit to the City a reasonable supplier diversity policy, which will not conflict with the MBE/WBE Program, regarding the Company’s procurement of materials and services to be used exclusively at the Project which may be reasonably modified from time to time by the Company, provided the policy and all modifications receive prior approval from SMBR.
