Supplies and Forms. The City of Issaquah shall provide all forms and paperwork necessary for processing North Bend and Snoqualmie Municipal Court cases. By way of illustration and not limitation, these include case setting forms, infraction hearing forms, warrants and general office supplies.

Supplies and Forms. SI will provide all magnetic tapes, tape cartridges and impact printer ribbons required to perform SI's processing responsibilities during the term of this Agreement. Client will provide all input and output forms, balance control forms, stock paper, and any forms necessary for SI to meet the processing requirements of Client, as well as adequate storage therefor.

Supplies and Forms. Fidelity will provide and install all magnetic tapes and tape cartridges which may be required to perform Fidelity's obligations under this Agreement. Client will provide all input and output forms, balance control forms, stock paper, system laser printer supplies, impact printer ribbons, and any forms which may be necessary for Fidelity to meet the processing requirements of Client, as well as adequate storage space for those items. Fidelity will provide, at its own cost, its own internal forms and other internal ancillary supplies as may be required for Fidelity's internal requirements and in the ordinary course of Fidelity's business.
Supplies and Forms. Client will be responsible for all cost associated with the addition of new magnetic tapes and tape cartridges above the base capacity outlined in Exhibit E required to perform ALLTEL's processing responsibilities during the term of this agreement. Client is responsible for furnishing and cost for all printer-related consumables. Client will provide all supplies for office equipment and personal computers for ALLTEL's Base Staff at all client facilities necessary to perform Client related activities.

  • Supplies and Equipment The Union and employees will not use state-purchased supplies or equipment to conduct union business or representational activities. This does not preclude the use of the telephone for representational activities if there is no cost to the Employer, the call is brief in duration and it does not disrupt or distract from the Employer’s business.

Supplies are defined as consumable items necessary to carry out the services under this Contract including medical supplies, drugs, janitorial supplies, office supplies, patient educational supplies, software, and any items of tangible personal property other than those defined as equipment above. 2.   • All new supplies equipment and services shall include manufacturer's minimum standard warranty unless otherwise agreed to in writing. Vendor shall be legally permitted to sell all products offered for sale to TIPS Members. All goods proposed and sold shall be new unless clearly stated in writing. The Vendor shall provide timely and accurate customer support for orders to TIPS Members as agreed by the Parties. Vendors shall respond to such requests within a commercially reasonable time after receipt of the request. If support andƒor training is a line item sold or packaged with a sale, support shall be as agreed with the TIPS Member. Most TIPS Members are tax exempt and the related laws andƒor regulations of the controlling jurisdiction(s) of the TIPS Member shall apply. No assignment of Agreement may be made without the prior notification of TIPS. Written approval of TIPS shall not be unreasonably withheld. Payment for delivered goods and services can only be made to the awarded Vendor, Vendor designated reseller or vendor assigned company.

  • Equipment and Materials CONTRACTOR shall provide all equipment, materials, and supplies necessary for the performance on the Agreement except:

  • Trainings Appointment of any length involving two (2) or more Consumers who might need to split up to join different trainings, group discussions, etc.

  • Training Records A. Employees may request a copy of their training record. The Employer will provide either a hard copy or electronic access to their training record. If an employee provides documentation to the Employer of work-related training it will be recorded in the training record or the employee personnel file. B.   • Training Materials Training Materials will be provided for each student. Training Materials may be used only for either (i) the individual student’s reference during Boeing provided training and for review thereafter or (ii) Customer’s provision of training to individuals directly employed by the Customer.
