INVOICING PROCEDURES Payments shall be made to the Contractor based upon invoices submitted by the Contractor, provided such invoices have been approved by the Authorized Representative. Payments will be made to the Contractor within thirty (30) days, or within a mutually agreed upon period after County has received complete invoices from the Contractor. The County reserves the right to require such additional documentation, including monthly activity reports detailing the Contractor’s activities and services rendered, as the County deems appropriate to support the payments to the Contractor. The signature of an officer of the Contractor shall appear on all invoices certifying that the invoice has been examined and found to be correct.
INVOICING PROCEDURE The Customer shall pay all sums properly due and payable to the Supplier in cleared funds within thirty (30) days of receipt of a Valid Invoice, submitted to the address specified by the Customer in paragraph 65.6 of this Call Off Schedule 3 and in accordance with the provisions of this Call Off Contract. The Supplier shall ensure that each invoice (whether submitted electronically through a purchase-to-pay (P2P) automated system (or similar) or in a paper form, as the Customer may specify (but, in respect of paper form, subject to paragraph 7.3 below)): contains: all appropriate references, including the unique order reference number set out in the Call Off Order Form; and a detailed breakdown of the Delivered Services, including the Milestone(s) (if any) and Deliverable(s) within this Call Off Contract to which the Delivered Services relate, against the applicable due and payable Call Off Contract Charges; and shows separately: not used; the VAT added to the due and payable Call Off Contract Charges in accordance with Clause 23.2.1 of this Call Off Contract (VAT) and the tax point date relating to the rate of VAT shown; and is exclusive of any Management Charge (and the Supplier shall not attempt to increase the Call Off Contract Charges or otherwise recover from the Customer as a surcharge the Management Charge levied on it by the Authority); and it is supported by any other documentation reasonably required by the Customer to substantiate that the invoice is a Valid Invoice. If the Customer is a Central Government Body, the Customer’s right to request paper form invoicing shall be subject to procurement policy note 11/15 (available at xxxxx://xxx.xxx.xx/government/uploads/system/uploads/attachment_data/file/437471/PPN_e-invoicing.pdf)), which sets out the policy in respect of unstructured electronic invoices submitted by the Supplier to the Customer (as may be amended from time to time). The Supplier shall accept the Government Procurement Card as a means of payment for the Services where such card is agreed with the Customer to be a suitable means of payment. The Supplier shall be solely liable to pay any merchant fee levied for using the Government Procurement Card and shall not be entitled to recover this charge from the Customer. All payments due by one Party to the other shall be made within thirty (30) days of receipt of a Valid Invoice unless otherwise specified in this Call Off Contract, in cleared funds, to such bank or building society account as the recipient Party may from time to time direct. The Supplier shall submit invoices directly to the Customer’s billing address set out in the Call Off Order Form.
Project Delivery Order Procedures The TIPS Member having approved and signed an interlocal agreement, or other TIPS Membership document, may make a request of the awarded vendor under this Agreement when the TIPS Member has services that need to be undertaken. Notification may occur via phone, the web, email, fax, or in person. Upon notification of a pending request, the awarded vendor shall make contact with the TIPS Member as soon as possible, but must make contact with the TIPS Member within two working days. Scheduling of Projects Scheduling of projects (if applicable) may be accomplished when the TIPS Member issues a Purchase Order and/or an Agreement or Contract that will serve as “the notice to proceed” as agreed by the Vendor and the TIPS Member. The period for the delivery order will include the mobilization, materials purchase, installation and delivery, design, weather, and site cleanup and inspection. No additional claims may be made for delays as a result of these items. When the tasks have been completed the awarded vendor shall notify the client and have the TIPS Member or a designated representative of the TIPS Member inspect the work for acceptance under the scope and terms in the Purchase Order and/or Agreement or Contract. The TIPS Member will issue in writing any corrective actions that are required. Upon completion of these items, the TIPS Member will issue a completion notice and final payment will be issued per the contractual requirements of the project with the TIPS Member. Any Construction contract prepared by the TIPS Member’s Legal Counsel may alter the terms of this subsection, “Scheduling of Projects”.
MOVE-OUT PROCEDURES Upon termination of this Lease Contract for any reason, Resident shall surrender possession of the Premises in the same condition as when received, in a good, clean and sanitary condition, including removing all trash from the Premises and returning furniture to its original placement. Owner shall note the condition of the Premises, including all appliances, furnishings and fixtures therein, and any damage done thereto which is deemed by Owner to have occurred during Resident’s occupancy and use of the Premises. Resident shall pay all utility and service bills to the Premises for which Resident is responsible and cancel all utility accounts in the name of the Resident. Resident shall return to Owner all keys, access cards, and remote control devices, if applicable, issued to the Resident by Owner. If all keys, cards, and devices issued to Resident are not returned to Owner, Resident shall pay all costs associated with re-keying and replacement of locks, keys, cards, and remote devices for the Premises. Resident’s failure to follow the prescribed move-out procedures may result in the partial or full application of the Deposit to cover these charges, but in no event shall such application be construed as liquidated damages. If no Deposit exists, Resident will be charged for all damages, cleaning, repairs, re-keying, and replacement costs, which will be due within 30 days of such billing. In the event Resident moves out prior to the end of the Lease Term, Resident shall be responsible for either the Reletting Fee or the Assignment Fee, in addition to continuing liability for Rent through the end of the Lease Term until a suitable replacement resident is identified.
Billing Procedures (a) PROVIDER agrees all claims shall be submitted to OHCA in a format acceptable to OHCA and in accordance with the OHCA Provider Manual.
ORDERING PROCEDURES 6.1 If the Authority or any Other Contracting Body decides to source the Services through this Services Framework then each Contracting Body shall be entitled at any time, during the Term to place an order for the Services from the Supplier by serving an Order in accordance with Framework Agreement Schedule 5 (Ordering Procedure).
Scheduling Procedures 6.1 Prior to the beginning of each week, the Network Customer shall provide to the Transmission Provider expected hourly energy schedules for that week for all energy flowing into the Transmission System administered by Transmission Provider.
Invoice Procedures Supplier shall remit each invoice to the “bill-to” address provided with the order promptly after all Supplier’s performance obligations have been accepted and in accordance with the milestone payment schedule, if any, in the applicable order or SOW. Payment for any support services, as authorized in the Contract and the Authorized User’s applicable order or SOW, will be annually in arrears unless otherwise stated in this Contract, or in any order or SOW referencing this Contract. No invoice may include any costs other than those identified in the signed order or SOW, and those costs must be in accordance with the schedule of fees listed on Exhibit B. Without limiting the foregoing, all shipping costs are the Supplier’s responsibility except to the extent shipping charges are identified in Exhibit B and noted in any signed order or SOW referencing this Contract. One crucial factor in determining how BellSouth will proceed with restoration is whether or not BellSouth's equipment is incapacitated. Regardless of who's equipment is out of service, BellSouth will move as quickly as possible to aid with service recovery; however, the approach that will be taken may differ depending upon the location of the problem.
