Common use of Suppression Employees Clause in Contracts

Suppression Employees. A suppression employee shall earn sick leave credits on the basis of eighteen (18) hours per calendar month effective from the date of hire to a maximum accumulation of two thousand one hundred and eighty-four (2,184) hours (one hundred and eighty-two (182) shifts). Where Xxxx Leave credits are earned for less than a full calendar month, the eighteen (18) hour credit shall be prorated.

Suppression Employees. A suppression non‐suppression employee shall earn sick leave credits on the basis of eighteen eleven and one‐quarter (1811.25) hours per calendar month effective from the date of hire to a maximum accumulation of two one thousand one nine hundred and eighty-four fifty‐one (2,1841,951) hours (one two hundred and eighty-two sixty‐one (182261) shifts). Where Xxxx Sick Leave credits are earned for less than a full calendar month, the eighteen eleven and one‐quarter (1811.25) hour credit shall be prorated.
