Surgery of Aorta. The actual undergoing of surgery for a disease of the aorta (meaning the thoracic and abdominal aorta but not its branches, and excluding traumatic injury of the aorta and- congenital narrowing of the aorta) needing excision and surgical replacement of the diseased aorta with a graft.

Surgery of Aorta. Surgery of aorta including graft, insertion of stents or endovascular repair. Specific Exclusion: Surgery for correction of an underlying Congenital Anomaly.
Surgery of Aorta. The actual undergoing of major surgery to repair or correct aneurysm, narrowing, obstruction or dissection of the aorta through surgical opening of the chest or abdomen. For the purpose of this cover the definition of
Surgery of Aorta. The actual undergoing of major surgery/minimally invasive surgical repair(i.e. via percutaneous intra-arterial route) to repair or correct an aneurysm, narrowing, obstruction or dissection of the aorta through surgical opening of the chest or abdomen with a graft. For the purpose of this definition, aorta shall mean the thoracic and abdominal aorta but not its branches. The treatment will be including but not limited to Angioplasty.
Surgery of Aorta. The actual undergoing of surgery via thoracotomy or laparotomy for a disease or injury of the aorta needing excision and surgical replacement of the diseased part of the aorta with a graft. The term “aorta” means the thoracic and abdominal aorta but not its branches. Exclusion Stent-grafting.

This Agreement shall not operate as or constitute a novation of any agreement or contract between the Parties that predates the execution and/or Effective Date of this Agreement.
