SURRENDER AND VACATION OF EMPLOYER’s PROPERTY. Upon execution of this Agreement, Employee shall deliver all Employer’s property in his/her possession and further, shall vacate Employer’s property. Provided, however, the Employee may retain any property to which the Employee is entitled under section 9.F of the Employee’s Employment agreement upon the payment required by section 9F.
SURRENDER AND VACATION OF EMPLOYER’s PROPERTY. Upon execution of this Agreement, Employee shall deliver all Employer’s property in his/her possession except those items as listed in Section 8F of City Manager Employment Agreement and further, shall vacate Employer’s property.

  • SEPARATION OF EMPLOYMENT (a) If an employee is discharged by the Employer, he shall be paid in full for all monies owing to him by the Employer on the date of his discharge.

  • RIGHTS OF EMPLOYER Any rights of the Employer which are not specifically mentioned in this Agreement and which are not contrary to its terms shall continue in full force and effect for the duration of this Agreement, always provided that such rights shall be exercised fairly, reasonably and in good faith.
