Surrounding Grounds. Tenant shall have full enjoyment of the surrounding grounds and may, by separate agreement with Landlord, conduct their own special events and activities, or further improve the adjoining grounds for parking, landscaping, lighting, signage and/or vehicular access to the Xxxxxxx’x Cottage. The maintenance of landscape areas immediately adjoining the Xxxxxxx’x Cottage shall be the responsibility of the Tenant, excepting for any Heritage Plants as marked by the Landlord, which would be maintained by the Landlord. Tenant shall not interfere with or establish conflicting events with activities planned by Landlord.
