Conflicting Events. The exhibitor agrees not to extend invitations, call meetings, host hospitality events or otherwise encourage the absence of industry professionals from the exhibit hall and meeting rooms during the hours of all Education and Conference activities. All requests for meeting rooms, hotel suites and special function rooms must be approved by INTIX. If an exhibitor cancels their exhibit space, they will automatically lose the opportunity to use any approved meeting rooms, hotel suites or special function rooms.
Conflicting Events. As a condition of this application to exhibit, you agree not to host/support/sponsor any meetings or receptions within 24 hours of the beginning or end of the FADONA convention, unless specific written/email consent is obtained from FADONA’s Director of Operations.
Conflicting Events. Facility agrees to the best of its knowledge not to book any portion of its facility during the period of any event date to any entity considered by NYL to be a competitor of NYL (i.e., the top 15 entities, based upon the most recent A.M. Best Life/Health rating) without NYL’s prior written consent.
Conflicting Events. In the best interest of our attendees and the success of the Miami Tax Convention and Expo, Vendor/Sponsor agrees not to extend invitations, call meetings, or otherwise encourage attendee absences throughout the duration of classes or during the official program hours.
Conflicting Events. Meeting and event space at the Venue is reserved for participating sponsors and exhibitors. Those wishing to host their event onsite who are not sponsoring or exhibiting at the Event must pay an access charge. This access charge allows the non-sponsoring company to book meetings/events directly with the owners of the Venue.
