Control points shall be confirmed and shown on the plans. Conduct site visits to identify all existing improvements (driveways, retaining walls, fences, trees, curb ramps, etc.) and conditions that may affect the design and construction of the proposed project. Evaluate the project site to determine required improvements (curb and gutter, sidewalk infill for connection to existing sidewalks, driveways, etc.) and existing site conditions.
