Survival; Support After Termination. Sections 2, 7.4, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 and AGE's right to distribute Products in inventory or subject to any pending purchase order shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement. In the event of any termination or expiration of this Agreement, AGE shall continue to provide maintenance AGE's prevailing rates. The support shall be provided a minimum of three (3) years after termination or expiration.
Survival; Support After Termination. Sections 1, 2.2, 2.3, 2.4, 3.4-3.7, 4-14, 16.3-16.6 (in respect of Support Services if exercised by Company, on a pro-rated basis), 17-22, 23.4-5, 24, 26-28 of this Agreement shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement. Furthermore, in the event of any termination or expiration of this Agreement (i) all licenses granted to Company and its representatives shall remain in effect; and (ii) Contractor shall continue to provide Support Services to Company, at Company’s request, at the rates set forth in this Agreement (on a pro-rated basis) for a minimum of five thirty (530) years months after termination or expiration.

Sections 1.0 (entirely), 2.3, 3.3, 3.4, 3.5, 3.6, 4.0 (entirely), 5.0 (entirely), 6.0 (entirely), 7.0 (entirely), 8.3, 10.5, 10.8, 10.9, 11.0 (entirely), 12.0 (entirely), 13.0 (entirely), 15.0 (entirely), 16.0 (entirely) and all end user licenses shall survive termination or expiration of this PPA.
Survival; Support After Termination. Purchaser’s right to distribute Products in inventory or subject to any pending purchase order shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement.

Furthermore in the event of any termination or expiration of this Agreement; (i) all End User licenses shall remain in effect; (ii) Licensor shall continue to provide maintenance and support in accordance with Exhibit E (Licensor Software Support) at a mutually agreeable fee no higher than Licensor’s then-current rates for such maintenance and support services; and (iii) all Hosting Services made available to Cisco’s customers shall continue for the time period offered by Cisco to such customers, so long as Cisco has paid the required fee for such Hosting Services.

Sections 2, 7.4, 9, 11, 12, 13, 14, 15, 16, 17, 18 and 19 and Cisco's right to distribute Products in inventory or subject to any pending purchase order shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement. In the event of any termination or expiration of this Agreement, Frontier shall continue to provide maintenance support and hardware repair to Cisco at Frontier's prevailing rates. The support shall be provided a minimum of three (3) years after termination or expiration.
Survival; Support After Termination. Sections 1, 2.8, 3, 5, 7, 9, 10, 11, 12, and 13 shall survive termination or expiration of this DLA or any SOW. Following termination or expiration, Supplier shall continue to provide support at Developer’s prevailing rates for a minimum of three (3) years or other longer period as mutually agreed to by the parties.
Survival; Support After Termination. Sections 2, 3.3 and 4 (and applicable provisions of Exhibit B) shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement. Further, termination of this Agreement shall not affect any outstanding Purchase Orders issued under a Product Schedule hereto, any associated Purchase Terms and Conditions, or any surviving provisions of the same. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, termination shall be in addition to all other rights and remedies.
Survival; Support After Termination. Purchaser's right to distribute Products in inventory or subject to any pending Purchase Order shall survive termination or expiration of these Purchase Terms and Conditions. In the event of any termination or expiration of these Purchase Terms and Conditions, Supplier shall continue to provide maintenance support and hardware repair at Supplier's prevailing rates. The support shall be provided a minimum of [***] after termination or expiration. The terms hereof shall survive any termination or expiration of these Purchase Terms and Conditions, for the duration of the PMSP Period. Following the termination or expiration of the PMSP Period, Sections 3.2, 6, 7, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12.2, and 13-15 shall survive. Except as expressly set forth in this Agreement, termination shall be in addition to all other rights and remedies available to Purchaser or Coda, in law or in equity.
Survival; Support After Termination. Sections 8, 9 and 10 and -------------------------------------- shall survive termination or expiration of this Agreement. Furthermore, in the event of any termination or expiration of this Agreement (i) all end-user licenses shall remain in effect; (ii) Licensor shall continue to provide maintenance support to Licensee as set forth in Exhibit C; and (iii) no licenses --------- shall be implied from this Agreement or the conduct of the parties with respect thereto.
