Suspension of Salary Packaging Arrangement. (a) During the operation of this agreement, if the employee proceeds on leave without pay, then, during this period, the Employer shall not be obliged to comply with its obligations under this agreement.

Suspension of Salary Packaging Arrangement. During the operation of this agreement, if the Employee proceeds on sick leave without pay, then, during the period of sick leave without pay, the University shall not be obliged to comply with clauses 1 and 2 of this agreement. However, from the date the Employee again commences paid work for the University, the University may, with the agreement of the Employee, act in accordance with clauses 1 and 2 of this agreement (and the University and the Employee may so agree without having to enter into a further written agreement). If no such agreement is made, the University or the Employee may terminate this agreement with effect from the date the Employee again commences paid work for the University.

  • Suspension of Sales If and whenever the determination of net asset value is suspended and until such suspension is terminated, no further orders for shares shall be processed by Distributors except such unconditional orders as may have been placed with Distributors before it had knowledge of the suspension. The complaining Party may initiate the suspension of benefits within 30 days following the latest date between the date of the communication pursuant to paragraph 1 of this Article and the date when the Panel issued its report pursuant to Article 190 (Examination of Benefit Suspension Level). 3. The level of benefits to be suspended shall have an equivalent effect to the benefits not being received. 4. In considering what benefits to suspend pursuant to paragraph 1: (a) the complaining Party should first seek to suspend benefits in the same sector or sectors affected by the measure; and (b) if the complaining Party considers that it is not practicable or effective to suspend benefits in the same sector or sectors, it may suspend benefits in other sectors. The communication in which it announces such a decision shall indicate the reasons on which it is based.

  • Initial Forecasts/Trunking Requirements Because Verizon’s trunking requirements will, at least during an initial period, be dependent on the Customer segments and service segments within Customer segments to whom CSTC decides to market its services, Verizon will be largely dependent on CSTC to provide accurate trunk forecasts for both inbound (from Verizon) and outbound (to Verizon) traffic. Verizon will, as an initial matter, provide the same number of trunks to terminate Reciprocal Compensation Traffic to CSTC as CSTC provides to terminate Reciprocal Compensation Traffic to Verizon. At Verizon’s discretion, when CSTC expressly identifies particular situations that are expected to produce traffic that is substantially skewed in either the inbound or outbound direction, Verizon will provide the number of trunks CSTC suggests; provided, however, that in all cases Verizon’s provision of the forecasted number of trunks to CSTC is conditioned on the following: that such forecast is based on reasonable engineering criteria, there are no capacity constraints, and CSTC’s previous forecasts have proven to be reliable and accurate.
