Common use of - Suspension or Discharge of Xxxxxxx Clause in Contracts

- Suspension or Discharge of Xxxxxxx. The Company will notify the Union by registered mail or facsimile prior to the suspension or discharge of a xxxxxxx. Failure of the Company to comply with this procedure shall render the dismissal or suspension null and void.

Failure of the Company to comply with this procedure notify the Union representative shall render the dismissal or suspension null and void.
