Suspension Pay. All earning for the period up to the suspension and/or dismissal shall be paid on the next regular pay date. In the event an employee who has been suspended or dismissed is found not guilty of the charges, or if the charges are dismissed, the employee shall receive payment for all wages lost due to the suspension or dismissal.
