ISOLATION PAY. Hourly rates of wages for employees covered by this Agreement when employed north of 60 degrees latitude shall be one dollar and seventy five cents ($1.75) per hour higher than those provided in Article X. Isolation pay to apply to work performed on off-shore oil platforms in their final working position. If the premium for offshore work is increased in both the U.A. and Boilermaker agreements, then the same increase will apply.
