Suspicion of Unauthorized or Illegal Use. 6.1 Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies, BRS Golf reserve the right to terminate suspend the Services in respect of any Transaction the Partner submits which is reasonably believed, in BRS Golf’s sole discretion, to be in violation of this Payments Agreement, any other agreement including the Payment Processor Terms, or exposes the Partner, BRS Golf or the Payment Processor or any other third party, to any actual or potential risk or harm.

Amilia reserves the right to decline any transaction submitted to the SmartRec Platform which Amilia reasonably suspects, in its sole discretion, (i) is in violation of this Agreement or any other Amilia Agreement to which you are a party or is in violation of applicable law, or (ii) exposes either party to harm, including but not limited to fraud and other criminal acts. You hereby xxxxx Xxxxxx authorization to share information with law enforcement about you, your transactions, or your Account if Amilia reasonably suspects that your Account has been used for an illegal or criminal purpose. Amilia will give you prompt advance notice of any impending disclosure of your information to law enforcement and grant you, or your attorneys, the possibility to participate in any police investigation or legal proceeding.
Suspicion of Unauthorized or Illegal Use. We may refuse, condition, or suspend any Transactions that we believe: (i) may violate this Agreement or other agreements you may have with Stripe; (ii) are unauthorized, fraudulent or illegal; or (iii) expose you, Stripe, or others to risks unacceptable to Stripe. If we suspect or know that you are using or have used the Services for unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal purposes, we may share any information related to such activity with the appropriate financial institution, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency consistent with our legal obligations. This information may include information about you, your Stripe Account, your Customers, and Transactions made through your use of the Services.

We reserve the right to not authorize or settle any transaction you submit which we believe is in violation of this Agreement, any other IntegraPay agreement, or exposes you, other IntegraPay users, financial services providers, or IntegraPay to harm or unnecessary risk, including but not limited to fraud and other criminal acts. You grant us authorization to share information with law enforcement about you, your transactions, or your IntegraPay Account if we reasonably suspect that your use of IntegraPay has been for an unauthorized, illegal, or criminal purpose.

We may refuse, condition, or suspend any Transactions that we believe: (i) may violate this Agreement or other agreements you may have with Company; (ii) are unauthorized, fraudulent or illegal; or (iii) expose you, Company, or others to risks unacceptable to Company in our sole discretion. If we suspect or know that you are using or have used the Application for unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal purposes, we may share any information related to such activity with the appropriate financial institution, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency consistent with our legal obligations. This information may include information about you and Transactions made through your use of the Application.

We reserve the right to not provide the Payments Services in respect of any Transaction you submit that we believe, in our sole discretion, is in violation of this Agreement, any other SMARTPAYMENTS or Processor agreement, or exposes you, SMARTPAYMENTS, the Processor, or any other third party to actual or potential risk or harm, including, but not limited to, fraud and other criminal acts. You are hereby granting us authorization to share information with law enforcement about you, your Transactions, or your Payments Account.

Without prejudice to any other rights or remedies, BRS Golf reserve the right to terminate suspend the Services in respect of any Transaction the Partner submits which is reasonably believed, in BRS Golf’s sole discretion, to be in violation of this Payments Agreement, any other agreement including the Payment Processor Terms, or exposes the Partner, BRS Golf or the Payment Processor or any other third party, to any actual or potential risk or harm. You agree that BRS Golf may investigate and audit your Organisation’s compliance with this Payments Agreement from time to time, and you agree to cooperate fully with us in any investigation or audit.
Suspicion of Unauthorized or Illegal Use. We may decide not to authorize or settle any transaction you submit which we believe is in violation of this Agreement, any other V2S agreements, or exposes you, other users, or processors of V2S payment transactions to harm, including fraud and/or other criminal acts. In the event that a supporter notifies their card issuer or their bank, in the case of ACH, of a fraudulent transaction processed by V2S, or we otherwise are notified by card issuer or bank of a potential fraudulent transaction processed through our systems, V2S will lock the applicable account(s) for any further transaction activity and notify you for the purpose of communicating that action to your supporter. The account will remain locked, until such time as you provide V2S with a signed, written request from the supporter asking the account to be re- activated. You grant us authorization to share information with law enforcement about you, your transactions, or your Services Account if we reasonably suspect that your Services Account has been used for an unauthorized, illegal, and/or criminal or other prohibited purpose. Additionally, we reserve the right to suspend your organization or any user during our or others investigation of such activity and to terminate this agreement in its entirety if V2S reasonably determines that your Services Account was used for any unauthorized, illegal, and/or criminal purpose that is determined to be systemic to your organization.
Suspicion of Unauthorized or Illegal Use. We may refuse, condition, or suspend any Transactions and/or the use of any Services that we determine in our sole discretion: (a) may violate this Agreement or other agreements you may have with Swifter; (b) are unauthorized, fraudulent or illegal; or (c) expose you, Swifter, the Sponsor Bank, or others to unacceptable risks as determined in our sole discretion. If we suspect or know that you are using or have used the Services for unauthorized, fraudulent, or illegal purposes, we may share any information related to such activity with the appropriate financial institution, regulatory authority, or law enforcement agency consistent with our legal obligations. This information may include information about you, your Swifter Account, your Transaction Account, your Customers, and Transactions made through your use of the Services.
