NO CONTRACTING OUT 15.01 The Hospital shall not contract out any work usually performed by members of the bargaining unit if, as a result of such contracting out, a layoff of any employees other than Casual part-time employees results from such contracting out.
Increasing Seat Belt Use in the United States Pursuant to Executive Order 13043, 62 FR 19217 (April 8, 1997), Grantee is encouraged to consider adopting and enforcing on-the-job seat belt policies and programs for their employees when operating company-owned, rented or personally owned vehicles.
CALAMITY DAYS 1. All employees shall be paid their appropriate rate of pay for all days or part of a day when the school system is closed owing to an epidemic or other public calamity as declared by the Superintendent or his/her designee.
CONTRACTING OUT The Employer agrees not to contract out any work presently performed by employees covered by this Agreement which would result in the laying off of such employees.

Assistance in Assault Cases All cases of assault suffered by teachers in connection with their employment shall be reported in writing by the teacher to the Principal who shall transmit the report to the Superintendent. The Superintendent shall acknowledge such reports to the Principal and teacher. The teacher shall send a copy of the report to the President of the Association. In any case of assault upon a teacher or a complaint or suit by a third party, as a result of action taken by the teacher while performing his duties, the Board shall render assistance to the teacher in connection with handling of the incident by the law enforcement and judicial authorities.
Overload Teaching Paragraph 1: Overload teaching is that teaching conducted by a full-time classroom teacher teaching daily in a vacant position during his/her planning period.
