System Design Review Process. A. No later than 120 days after the effective date of this Agreement, Grantee shall submit a system design and construction plan and timetable showing conformity with the upgrade requirements of this Agreement and shall otherwise comply with the construction timetable requirements of Section 7.1.C. Such plan must be submitted no later than 60 days prior to the date construction of the rebuild is scheduled to begin. The Grantee shall provide a detailed cable system design and construction plan and timeline, which shall include at least the following elements or their contemporary equivalent: 1. Design type; preliminary fiber and coaxial cable design; preliminary number and location of hubs. 2. Distribution system-cable, fiber, type of equipment to be used. 3. Preliminary headend design and reception facilities including antennae, signal processors, modulators, demodulators, etc. 4. Plans for standby power at headend, hubs/nodes, and satellite terminals. 5. Longest amplifier cascade in the cable system (number of amplifiers, number of miles, type of cable/fiber). 6. Field design maps for the first portion of the cable system to be constructed. The cable system design will be shown on maps consistent with industry standard scale using standard symbols, and shall depict all electronic and physical features of the cable plant. B. The City shall have forty-five (45) days from the date the Grantee provides the City the design and construction plans for review to submit written comments on the plans. The Grantee must submit a written response to the comments including an amended plan, if appropriate, within forty-five (45) days of the date it receives the City's comments. C. The City will have access to design maps as construction proceeds.

System Design Review Process. At least sixty (60) days prior to the date construction of the System Upgrade, or any similar major construction that would affect more than ten percent of the Subscribers, is scheduled to commence, the Franchisee shall submit to the County a detailed System design and construction plan which shall include at least the following elements: (1) Design type, trunk and feeder design, and number and location of hubs or nodes. (2) Distribution system equipment to be used. (3) Plans for standby power. (4) Longest amplifier cascade in System (number of amplifiers, number of miles, type of cable/fiber).

Related to System Design Review Process

  • Design Review ‌ (a) Where so specified in Schedule A (Scope of Goods and Services) or as otherwise instructed by the City, the Supplier shall submit design-related Documentation for review by the City, and shall not proceed with work on the basis of such design Documentation until the City’s approval of such Documentation has been received in writing. (b) None of: (i) the submission of Documentation to the City by the Supplier; (ii) its examination by or on behalf of the City; or (iii) the making of any comment thereon (including any approval thereof) shall in any way relieve the Supplier of any of its obligations under this Agreement or of its duty to take reasonable steps to ensure the accuracy and correctness of such Documentation, and its suitability to the matter to which it relates.

  • Review Process A/E's Work Product will be reviewed by County under its applicable technical requirements and procedures, as follows:

  • REVIEW OF WORK The Consultant shall permit the City, its agents and/or employees to review, at any time, all work performed pursuant to the terms of this Agreement at any stage of the work;

If FEMA determines that the entire scope of an Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances in Appendix B of this Agreement, with determinations for Tier II Allowances being made by SOI-qualified staff, FEMA shall complete the Section 106 review process by documenting this determination in the project file, without SHPO review or notification. 2. If the Undertaking involves a National Historic Landmark (NHL), FEMA shall notify the SHPO, participating Tribe(s), and the NPS NHL Program Manager of the NPS Midwest Regional Office that the Undertaking conforms to one or more allowances. FEMA shall provide information about the proposed scope of work for the Undertaking and the allowance(s) enabling FEMA’s determination. 3. If FEMA determines any portion of an Undertaking’s scope of work does not conform to one or more allowances listed in Appendix B, FEMA shall conduct expedited or standard Section 106 review, as appropriate, for the entire Undertaking in accordance with Stipulation II.B, Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings, or Stipulation II.C, Standard Project Review. 4. Allowances may be revised and new allowances may be added to this Agreement in accordance with Stipulation IV.A.3, Amendments. B. Expedited Review for Emergency Undertakings

  • 000 SCOPE OF WORK 5. 100 The scope of this Agreement covers all work of a maintenance, repair and renovation nature, assigned by the Owner to the Company and performed by the employees of the Company covered by this Agreement, within the limits of the Owner's plant site.

  • Statement of Work The Statement of Work to which Grantee is bound is incorporated into and made a part of this Grant Agreement for all purposes and included as Attachment A.

  • Project Schedule Construction must begin within 30 days of the date set forth in Appendix A, Page 2, for the start of construction, or this Agreement may become null and void, at the sole discretion of the Director. However, the Recipient may apply to the Director in writing for an extension of the date to initiate construction. The Recipient shall specify the reasons for the delay in the start of construction and provide the Director with a new start of construction date. The Director will review such requests for extensions and may extend the start date, providing that the Project can be completed within a reasonable time frame.

  • Work Scheduling Except at the request of an affected employee, no employee shall have the number of hours they are normally scheduled to work reduced as the result of the use of non-permanent employees such as, but not limited to: seasonal, intermittent, student interns, interns, interim, established term, or temporary employees, due to the performance of such employee’s duties by the nonpermanent employee.
