TAB C – Attachment 5, Pricing Workbook. In Volume V Tab C of its Proposal, the Offeror shall submit a completed Attachment 5, Pricing Workbook in Microsoft Excel format, in accordance with the “Instructions” Workbook in Attachment 5 as well as the instructions provided in this solicitation. The purpose of the Attachment 5, Pricing Worksheet is to provide a uniform pricing template for evaluation of Offerors for award. The ‘Fixed Price Labor’ worksheet in Attachment 5 identifies the Labor Categories and estimated annual hours of services to be acquired under this contract. The Offeror shall provide annual fully burdened labor rates for each labor category listed in the Pricing Workbook. Should a contract be issued to the Offeror, the proposed fully burdened labor rates proposed by the Offeror will become part of the contract (considered to be binding) and be the maximum rate allowable (ceiling rate) for that labor category when pricing task orders and task order modifications under the MA IDIQ contract. The proposed fully burdened hourly rates may not be adjusted except as provided by FAR Clause 52.222-43, Fair Labor Standards Act and Service Contract Labor Standards-Price Adjustment (Multiple Year and Option Contracts). Therefore, Offerors are cautioned to include inflation where warranted. L.4.5.4.1. If an Offeror deviates from the 1,920 productive labor year hours, see paragraph L.4.5.3.2. L.4.5.4.2. The labor categories listed in Attachment 5 – Pricing Workbook, ‘Fixed Price Labor’ Worksheet correlate to the labor categories listed in Attachment 1, Cyber CDID MA IDIQ PWS, Appendix A - Specific Qualification Requirements. L.4.5.4.3. The Offeror’s price proposal shall consist of an ordering period of 5 years. L.4.5.4.4. The Attachment 5, Pricing Worksheet or other Excel spreadsheet submitted by the Offeror, shall not be read only or password protected. All formulas, lookup tables, and links shall be intact, and no links shall exist to files not included with the submission. Spreadsheet shall not contain hidden worksheets, cells, or sections. PDF or flat files will not be considered adequate. Failure to comply with these formatting requirements may result in rejection of your proposal. All final monetary extensions shall be in whole dollars only.

  • Escrow Format Specification Deposit’s Format.
