TAB D – Total Compensation Plan for Professional Employees. A Total Compensation Plan for Professional Employees (TCPPE) shall be provided for the labor categories deemed as a 'Professional Employee' by the Government in accordance with FAR provision 52.222-46, Evaluation of Compensation for Professional Employees. These labor categories are marked with a ‘(PE)’ in the Firm Fixed Price labor tab of Attachment 5. A sample Compensation Plan is located in Attachment 6. This sample Plan, or a similar Plan providing the same content, shall be provided in the Pricing Workbook or in the Pricing Narrative along with supporting information used to establish the total compensation structure. The sample Compensation Plan includes an area to provide a Bureau of Labor Statistics (BLS) occupation code. One (1) BLS occupation code shall be provided for each Professional Employee that best fits the Offeror’s approach in pricing these labor categories. The TCPPE shall clearly show how the Offeror will be able to provide uninterrupted high-quality work and will show ability of the proposed compensation structure to obtain and keep suitably qualified personnel to meet mission objectives.

Executive, administrative and professional employees designated in the Annual Salary Ordinance with the "Z" symbol shall not receive extra compensation for holiday work but may be granted time off equivalent to the time worked at the rate of-one-and-one-half times for work on the holiday.
