Taking Leave. 6.1 When leave is taken Leave is to be granted to the employee as soon as practicable after the employee becomes entitled to long service leave, having regard to the needs of the Employer's establishment and the requirements of 6.3, at such time or times as may be agreed between the employer and the employee.
