Broken leave. 5.3.1 Leave shall be granted and taken in one continuous period; or if the employer and the employee so agree, in not more than three separate periods in respect of the first 13 weeks' entitlement, and in not more than two separate periods in respect of any subsequent period of entitlement.
Broken leave. The annual leave shall be given and taken in a continuous period, or, if the employee and the company so agree it may be taken in more than one part.

Long service leave may be granted and taken in one continuous period or if the employee and employer so agree in not more than three separate periods in respect of the first 13 weeks' entitlement and in not more than two separate periods in respect of any subsequent periods of entitlement.

Broken leave. 18.3.1. The annual leave shall be given and taken in one or two continuous periods. If the annual leave is given in two continuous periods, one of those two periods must be of at least 21 consecutive days, including non-working days.
18.3.2. Provided that, if the employer and an employee so agree, his/her annual leave entitlement may be given and taken in two separate periods neither of which is at least 21 consecutive days, including non-working days, or in three separate periods.
Broken leave. The annual leave shall be taken and given by mutual consent in any number of periods provided that there shall be one period of at least fourteen consecutive days.
Broken leave. Annual leave, by agreement between the employer and the employee concerned may be given and taken in more than one period and may be taken before the right to it has accrued.

(ii) An employee and employer may agree to defer payment of the annual leave loading in respect of single day absences, until at least five consecutive days have been taken.
Broken leave. Annual leave shall be taken in a continuous period, unless otherwise agreed between the company and the employee. In cases where the company and an employee have agreed on multiple periods of leave, one of the periods shall not be less than two consecutive weeks, exclusive of any public holiday or holidays which may occur during such period of leave. Any such periods of leave shall be granted to an employee within six months from the date when the right to annual leave accrued.
