Time of Taking Leave. Annual leave shall be given at a time fixed by the company within a period not exceeding 6 months from the date when the right to leave accrued.
Time of Taking Leave. Annual leave shall be given at a time determined by mutual agreement between the employer and the employee within a period not exceeding two years from the date when the right to annual leave accrued; provided that such annual leave may be deferred by mutual agreement in writing between employer and employee. Provided that a fixed term employee may be required to take annual leave during the term of their fixed term appointment.
Time of Taking Leave. The Employer may determine the time for granting long service leave so that the Employer’s operations will not be unduly affected by the granting of long service leave.
Time of Taking Leave a) Due to operational requirements, annual leave is to be taken at a mutually agreed time or times. Provided that the employer may fix the time for taking leave where agreement cannot be reached.
b) The employer may direct the employee to take one quarter of his or her accrued annual leave if the accrued leave exceeds a period of 8 weeks.
c) Annual leave may be taken in instalments.

Time of Taking Leave. Long service leave shall be granted and taken at such time as may be agreed between the employer and the employee having regard to the needs of the establishment where the employee is working.
Time of Taking Leave. (a) Annual leave will be taken for a period agreed between the Employee and the Employer. An Employee may access accrued annual leave prior to the completion of a year of service.
(b) The Employer will not unreasonably refuse to agree to a request by the Employee to take paid annual leave, including a request to take single day or part day periods of annual leave.
(c) The Employer will not revoke an authorisation already given for an Employee to take annual leave.
(d) Where an Employee applies for annual leave the Employer will respond to such an application as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks after the application has been made.
(e) Where it is likely the leave request will be rejected, the Employer and Employee will consult on alternative leave days within the 4 week period in subclause 59.3(d).
Time of Taking Leave. 43.4.1 Annual leave shall be taken at a time determined by agreement between the Employer and the Employee. The Employer will not unreasonably refuse to authorise an Employee’s request to take accrued leave, or revoke an authorisation already given.
Time of Taking Leave. Examination leave will be taken at a time that is agreed between the Employer and the Employee. The Employer will not unreasonably withhold approval for such leave.
Time of Taking Leave. When an Employee becomes entitled to long service leave such leave shall be granted by the Company as soon as practicable having regard to the needs of his / her establishment or subject to paragraph 6(a) hereof at such time or times as may be agreed between the Company and the Employee. Subject to the provisions of paragraph 4(b) the Company shall not be required to grant an Employee leave to which he / she has become entitled until the amount of leave to which he / she has become entitled equals 13 weeks in respect of his / her first period of entitlement and eight and two-thirds weeks in respect of any subsequent period of entitlement.
