Taking sick leave - notice. (1) To be entitled to sick leave during a period, an Employee must give his or her Employer notice in accordance with clause 5.3.4.1 herein, that the Employee is (or will be) absent from his or her employment during the period because of a personal illness, or injury, of the Employee.
