Targeted and Eligible Benefactors. Orange County’s Affordable Housing Programs are targeted to very low, low, and moderate income families at 120% or below of the Orlando Metropolitan Stastical Area (MSA) median income. See Exhibit C, 2023 Orlando MSA Median Income Chart for additional information. All services shall be provided to eligible residents of Orange County who have been identified as being ready to purchase a home and are seeking assistance under Orange County Homeownership programs.

Targeted and Eligible Benefactors. Orange County’s Affordable Housing Programs are targeted to very low, low, and moderate income families at 120% or below of the Orlando Metropolitan Stastical Area (MSA) median income. The Contractor shall provide all labor, equipment, manpower and other resources necessary to provide the goods or services in strict accordance with the scope of services, specifications defined in this solicitation for the amounts specified in this Fee Schedule Form. SEMINAR FEE Eight Hour Seminar $ 2,500 x 2 (Seminars/monthly) x 12 months = $ 60,000 The above per eight hour seminar fee shall include ALL costs associated with performance of the contract including, but not limited to, development, administration and facilitation of seminars, the purchasing, copying and/or distribution of any seminar source documents, supplies, handouts, facilitator and participant handbooks, teaching aids, testing material, seminar facilities, furniture, equipment, analysis of data and resulting reports, travel and out-of-pocket expenses.   • Sole Benefit The rights and benefits set forth in this Agreement and the other Loan Documents are for the sole and exclusive benefit of the parties hereto and thereto and may be relied upon only by them.

  • What Will Happen After We Receive Your Letter When we receive your letter, we must do two things:

  • Flexible Benefit Plan The District will maintain, at no cost to the employee, a flexible spending benefit plan pursuant to Section 125 of the Internal Revenue Code, with operating procedures determined by the District in accordance with IRS regulations. This plan may be used for favorable income tax treatment of the employee’s health and dental premium contributions, deductibles, co-insurance amounts, other unreimbursed medical expenses, and dependent care assistance.

  • What To Do If You Find A Mistake On Your Statement If you think there is an error on your statement, write to us at the address(es) listed on your statement. In your letter, give us the following information:

  • ENHANCED AND SUPPLEMENTAL SERVICES BY COUNTY 8 1. Enhanced services for events on CITY property. At the request of CITY, 9 through its City Manager, SHERIFF may provide enhanced law enforcement 10 services for functions, such as community events, conducted on property 11 that is owned, leased or operated by CITY. SHERIFF shall determine 12 personnel and equipment needed for such enhanced services. To the 13 extent the services provided at such events are at a level greater than that 14 specified in Attachment A of this Agreement, CITY shall reimburse COUNTY 15 for such additional services, at an amount computed by SHERIFF, based on 16 the current year’s COUNTY law enforcement cost study.
