Flexible Benefits Plan definition

Flexible Benefits Plan means the plan or portion of the plan to be established by ElderCare pursuant to Section 2.3 that corresponds to the Parent Flexible Benefits Plan.
Flexible Benefits Plan when immediately preceded by "REI," means the Reliant Energy, Incorporated Flexible Benefits Plan. When immediately preceded by "Resources," Flexible Benefits Plan means the flexible benefits plan to be established by Resources pursuant to Section 2.03 and Article VI that corresponds to the REI Flexible Benefits Plan.
Flexible Benefits Plan means a written plan providing benefits to eligible employees which meets the requirements of Title 26, Section 125 et seq. of the Internal Revenue Code of the United States and regulations promulgated thereunder;

  • The effective date of eligibility under the Flexible Benefits Plan for new employees shall be the first day of the month following month of hire provided that the employee has completed and returned all enrollment forms within the month of hire.

Flexible Benefits Plan means a plan of benefits established by department rules and regulations and adopted pursuant to the Internal Revenue Code of 1986, Title 26 of the United States code and qualified under § 125 of the Internal Revenue Code of 1986.
