The time for such announcements shall be a matter of agreement between the parties agree that building representative for STA and the administrator of each school. There will be one bulletin board in each school building which will be placed in the faculty room for the purpose of displaying notices, circulars, and other STA material. In non-election years it will be the responsibility of the STA President to present to the Superintendent by May 30 a list of the officers and executive committee members in order to facilitate scheduling arrangements for the following school year.
