TEACHER RESIGNATIONS. Section 1. A teacher shall not discontinue his/her services with the Board except by mutual consent without giving at least sixty (60) days written notice before September 1 of the ensuing school year. Section 2. Any violation of this Article shall become a part of the personnel record of the teacher. Section 3. It shall be considered a breach of contract for a teacher to discontinue his/her services during a school year for any reason whatsoever without the mutual consent of the teacher and the Board. Section 4. A teacher who has left the employment of the Board either by dismissal or resignation shall forfeit all accrued rights and privileges.
