Common use of Teachers Workday Clause in Contracts

Teachers Workday. A. The normal employee workday shall be seven (7) hours and ten (10) minutes in length plus a regular duty-free lunch period. Each principal shall determine the arrival and departure times to meet the above requirement.

Teachers Workday. A. The normal employee regular workday shall be seven eight (78) hours, which shall include a one-half (1/2) hours and ten (10) minutes in length plus a regular duty-hour duty- free lunch period. Each principal Teacher reporting time shall determine be established by the arrival District according to individual school time schedules and departure times to meet programs. This article does not restrict principals from making special arrangements for individual teachers for the above requirementpurpose of meeting special, unusual, or emergency needs.
